Driver Trainer

1. To schedule and conduct RKP training programmes and competency assessment i.e. Smith System Defensive Training, RKP Training Modules etc. 2. Interview potential new RKP and ensure the completion of the RKP recruitment form are in place and complete before submission to PDB for driving approval. 3. Check, monitor and take action to RKP/ driver violations (IVMS) & counsel the RKP/ driver as per ZPSB Disciplinary Matrix. 4. To ensure all RKP/ driver adequately meet with HSE & PPE requirement (both company & customer requirements). 5. Be a team member for ZHA Emergency Response Team and be part of ZPSB Accident Investigation Team. 6. Conduct risk assessment as and when required Risk Assessor (as per RTOG procedures).Provide assistance to management and live personnel on hazards control and accident prevention. 7. To conduct Behaviour Observation System (B.O.S) as per RTOG requirements. 8. To conduct assessment for new applicant driver during interview session. 9. To support ZPSB HSE & Quality objective targets and programmes 10. To support ZPSB management in developing and providing training to RKP to ensure achievement of ZPSB objective and targets. 11. As a risk assessor to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventative actions and report to management 12. Participate as HSE Committee member. 13. To prepare data and request approval for RKP recertification to customer (FMD/PDB). 14. Conduct daily toolbox. 15. To prepare and conduct annual appraisal. 16. To prepare and conduct Drug & Alcohol test. 17. To record and maintain RKP safety passport. 18. Verify PPM01, PPM02, On Board Care (OBC) violation, 19. Conduct surveys, management spotcheck and audits as required to identify and minimize the risk to company and employees. 20. Conduct Behavior Observation System (BOS)
