- Program Structure:

- The Program will begin with 2-weeks of classroom training followed by 7.5 months on-the-job training.- The 2-week classroom training includes:

- Environment Sustainability & Social Impact
- Developing Communication Skills
- Requirements:
- Malaysian citizens below 25 years of age
- Fresh graduates with a CGPA of 3.2 & above or equivalent professional qualification

- Protege (PFS-i Deposit & Debit Card)- Job Scope:
- To develop, enhance or revamp existing portfolio product offers / pricing optimization to existing deposit customers and to retain profitable customers.
- To assess and analyze the effectiveness of product solutions in delivering against customer needs, relative to the competitive landscape. Keep strong pulse on evolving industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for quick adoption of new technologies to drive the product proposition or product enhancements.
- To analyze existing customer’s segmentation, behavior and pattern for business’ approach in growing customer’s base and to sustain existing customers.
- To regularly monitor competitor’s activities, product pricing and segmentation.
- To work closely with project team and other stakeholders in driving digital customer journey for deposit or debit card business
- To review performance of deposits products and to determine strategies to improve performance
- Key Learning:
- Participants will be exposed to data management, be able to enhance their ability in preparing reports, slides and handling campaign
