Proposal Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description:
- Responsible establishing a company's guidelines, vision, and financial outline for completed proposals based on company procedure.
- Responsible to update, improve and simplify company general proposal structure for various business such as spare parts supply, maintenance services, manpower supply, preventive, and breakdown maintenance services for various rotating equipment such as compressors, gas & steam turbines, pumps and blower and other rotating equipment.
- Manage CRM to update sales funnels/proposal generation while reporting directly to the Sales Director.
- Maintain CRM records for RFX opportunities.
- Streamline quote process by generating spreadsheets for repetitive RFQ's.
- Provide support to customers and internal department leads to insure company ISO procedures are follow as they relate to customer service.
- Responsible for issuing technical and commercial submittals for tenders before closing dates.
- Manage and co-ordinate the sales queue to ensure that all solutions proposed are provided in accordance with sales team instructions and customer RFQ.
- Work with technical & project team to send out RFQs to vendors and also in developing scope structure and translate it to commercial value quantifying.
- Responsible for following up open orders until delivery and invoice issuance
- Respond timely and accurately to customers’ requests for information and requests for pricing.
- Manage inquiry / order log sheet
- Maintain gross margin agreed on with Sales Director.
- Reviewing Purchase Order awarded to company and review Purchase Order against issued Quotation and Proposal. Immediately reports any loss incurred after order placement by customers.
- Maintain full up to date technical awareness of the products.
- Assist Sales Team with product enhancement knowledge.
- Reply to customers with technical clarification needed.
