**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As the transaction processing analyst in Labuan Operation team, you will spend each day in supporting back office operation including settlement, reconciliation operation and preparation of regulatory reporting to meet the needs of our global business.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Validation of trade details
- Execute trade settlement
- Monitoring settlement status
- Perform reconciliation over cash
- Liaise with client on any trade mismatch and settlement matter. Timely follow up on confirmation and settlement issue
- Contribute to relevant product related regulatory reporting including internal reporting
- Contribute to various testing covering regulatory required industry wide testing, system enhancement and new product rollout
- Assis team manager in driving strategy, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk and controls initiatives

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of Banking operations experience
- Prior experience in banking products is desirable
- Strong Risk and Control Awareness with ability to raise doubt upon risk/control could be compromised
- A team player with the ability to work productively with other team members
- Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
