**About us**

We are an established company that specialises in producing customised stationery, office supplies and premium gifts. We value high professionalism, respect and harmony workplace ethics. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic administrative clerk whom will fulfill the following:

- Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic computer skills
- Ability to prepare stock inventory and process office bills and invoices
- Organises paperwork and prepares data entry maintaining accurate record
- Copies, collates and prepares documents for mailings, meetings and other correspondence
- Maintains filing system as assigned, basic bookkeeping
- Performs other general administrative related duties as required
- Language skills: English and Malay
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualifications
- Fresh grad or experienced hires are welcome
- Salary is commensurate with experience

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
