Support the Head of Legal in all legal and secretarial matters.
- Main tasks are to handover the land title of House purchasers to legal firm upon redemption.
- Provide legal advice, legal drafting & vetting of commercial and corporate documents.
- Assist in preparation of secretarial documents/records of the company.
- Assist in managing litigation and debt recovery matters of the company.
- Ad-Hoc tasks/assignments given by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3years’ experience in legal or related field is required for these positions accordingly.
- Able to work independently, have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to build solid client relationships and work in a team and possess business/ commercial acumen.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
