**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Maintaining and monitoring IT project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Other Relevant Duties Assigned by Project Coordinators/Sales / Project Managers/Directors

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computing, Information Technology, or related studies
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
