Executive - Customer Service (Full Time)

**The Position**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to provide comprehensive information and solutions to customers about the product and service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve our customers’ needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally
- Meet service level targets by achieving both service and productivity level KPIs. Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated SLA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Diploma or degree in any field.
- Must be able to read, write and speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Monday to Saturday work day based on roster (5.5-day week).
- Operating hours - 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday - Friday) & 9.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday).
- 9 hours shift (including 1 hour meal break).
- This role requires to Work-From-Home (until further notice), due to the current COVID-19 situation. Must possess home WIFI.
- Must be able to travel to office if required.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Training will be provided.
**The Package**:
- Salary range - RM 2500 to RM 2800
- Annual leave - 12 days
- Medical leave - 14 days
- Medical benefits provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
