**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Accurately process payroll on a regular basis by utilize payroll software to process payroll and manage employee data.
- To handle employees records and time attendance in order to execute accurate and timely payroll.
- To handle day to day office administration function.
- Maintain records and filing system and update in database.
- Coordinate with HR to manage benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Managing the end-to-end process of medical claims and leave management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience of software payroll system especially in Sage Easy Pay and TMS.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
