**JOB PURPOSE / OVERVIEW**
- Revolves around driving and optimizing the revenue and profitability of a business through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and implementing initiatives to enhance the commercial success of the organization
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Initiate contact with potential clients and leads to schedule appointments for sales presentations.
- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Participate in initial customer meetings to introduce the organization, understand client needs and set the stage for sales presentations.
- Conduct timely follow-up with prospects after initials meetings, addressing queries, providing additional information, and nurturing relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for commercial growth, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for potential areas for business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and clients, expanding the organization's customer base.
- Ensure that marketing materials effectively convey brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Sound knowledge in MS office (Power Point, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel).
- Proficiency in tools that facilitate sales processes, such as sales enablement platforms or customer engagement tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts can be beneficial for understanding and customizing online content.
- Good Interpersonal & relationship management

- Strong relationship-building skills for effective networking and client's engagement
- Passionate about sales and marketing
**QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Secondary Others
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
