**Management Trainee - Payroll**
- Manage and handle all aspects of payroll such as processing wages, bonus, allowances, incentives, overtime, deductions, advance salary and others.
- Learn and understand the payroll flow to complete monthly payroll tasks assigned smoothly by using the HRIS system.
- Make monthly payment statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN & HRDF.
- Liaising with people from different departments and outlets for any payroll and HR related issues.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system for employee personal files.
- Involved in HR Functions such as recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits and general office administration.
- Organize, assist, attend or participate in all training held by the Management.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Keen in developing and experiencing in HR field.
- Excellent in interpersonal and organizational skills, able to maintain confidentiality; prioritize tasks in accuracy and efficiency.
- A highly self-motivated, proactive, outgoing personality and keen in learning new things.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
