1. R&D executive will use oil & fats knowledge to support on research projects and ensure that R&D projects that involve product and process are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

2. Support and focus on Lipid Enzymtec product and process in any production, plant trials or processing required for projects.

Description:

- Lead and train non-executive in all operation of laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
- Carry out and provide hands-on support to others within the group on R&D projects in accurate and timely manner, and ensure good record keeping.
- Involve in production trial monitoring and coordinate with production personnel on product quality and processing parameter.
- Involve in new project and product development through oil and fats knowledge with company business unit focus.
- Evaluate new raw materials/ additives/ enzymes, processing aids for production use.
- Troubleshoot or optimize all processes including pilot plant related problems and issues.
- Ensure good housekeeping and to maintain and improve safety and cleanliness of laboratory/ pilot plant.
- To carry out other responsibilities related to research assigned by Management.
- Participate in establishing, monitoring, and improving all food safety policies, and QMS including ISO9001, GMP, etc related to R&D pilot plant/lab.

Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduate is accepted, preferably 1-2 years working experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and managers.
- A team player with creativity and solution oriented.
