Involved in the shop's mobile phone repair operation
- Attend to customer's inquiries and prepare a quotation and describe repair features and benefits
- Ensure the repair work is strictly following company standard operating procedure.
- Maintained tools and test equipment in working condition.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Assist in daily operations including sales, inventory, and shop maintenance

Requirement:

- Training providedSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
- Able to work 6 days a week
- Discipline, self-motivated and independent
- Computer literate (Basic)
- Experience preferred but not essential
- EPF / SOCSO / EIS
