**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Project Admin for this job position
- Liaise and handle agents & developers on projects and selling procedures
- Invoicing to developer on commission
- Assist agents in solving customers’ issues
- Arrange project briefing
- Project SOP & booking matters
- Sales reporting and updating
- Willing to work after working hours
- Willing to work after working hours and weekend to pick up calls from agents (10am to 10pm)

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year related working experience in the relevant field
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving
- Required languages skill (compulsory): English, Mandarin, BM
- Possesses own transport
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to start immediately would be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
