Job Scope Sales and Marketing
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.) and promotional events. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Preparing sales budgets and monitoring expenses. Prepared data and report related with Sales and Marketing. Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy. Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
Job Scope Admin and Account Asistant
- Handling Billing and Invoicing documentation.
- Key in data purchase/expenses from every outlet
- Prepare monthly closing report.
- Filing documentations and up to date the data entry.
- Familiar with Inventories.
- Assist in general office administrative support activities.
- Provide sales support for sales team.
At least one year of relevant experience is required.
Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
**Required language(s)**: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic Accounting knowledge is required.
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
