**1. Product Knowledge**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
- Quick action on providing the parts details and alias with the suppliers.

**2. Customer Assistance**
- Assist customers on the parts details and functions.
- Provide information on pricing, availability, and alternatives.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

**3. Order Processing**
- Receive and process customer orders for parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders.

**4. Technical Support**
- Offer technical assistance to customers who may require guidance on installation, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the service department to provide support for parts information on repair and maintenance issues.

**5. Cross-Selling and Upselling**
- Recommend related accessories or parts to customers based on their needs.

**6. Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that parts are in stock and readily available.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update records accordingly.

**7. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

**8. Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and inventory management.

**9. Marketing Support**
- Assist in creating marketing materials or promotions to boost sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting specific parts or brands.

**10. Relationship Building**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Network with other professionals in the automotive industry.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or certification in automotive technology or a related field is beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Identify parts based on descriptions or specifications and be curious about knowing different automotive technical parts.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing and inventory management.
- **Must be willing to be assign in Singapore office.**

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM10,900.00 per month
