DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Conduct investigation and SKUs mapping across under counterfeit SOP to ensure a safe and reliable marketplace for all users.
- Daily check and analysis on review of the proof of authenticity such as invoice / proof / documentation related
- Investigate in-depth analysis to identify an updated price list of brands and liaise the results with the Business Development team upon request
- Achieve continuous improvements in our counterfeit processes and KPIs
- Identify, determine, and resolve cases raised by other stakeholders' inquiries on counterfeit, infringement, or imitation based on Listings SOP
- Develop and maintain reporting and documentation to ensure best practices for counterfeit identification, escalation, and mitigation are effectively adhered to and communicated.
- Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs
- Collaborating with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshooting of listing-related issues
- Monitoring and compliance with the latest SOP and regulations & laws involving IP infringement
- Conduct an investigation and validate suspicious risky shops under counterfeit violation which violated our severe listing violations

**Requirements**:

- Have a passion in the e-commerce industry (working experience in e-commerce is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English in both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and basic Microsoft or intermediate Excel is preferred
- Good in multitasking, prioritizing, and good in time management
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
