Port Klang, Malaysia Atama Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in export documentation & submission of statutory requirement, port clearance.
- Ensure that the jobs are carried out efficiently through close monitoring and follow up with declaration section, loading section, haulage section, general transport, warehouse section and shipping agent.
- Responsible to identify custom tariff code, update the system on each job work flow, submit job for closing once job completed.
- Assist in declaration for all K2, K9, ZB1, EDI & DG online system.
- To ensure data, records and filling are kept up to date.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by Superior time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 or 2 year(s) working experience in would be an added advantage.
- Good communications and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Competency in MS Office and MS Word
- Polite, good communication, good working attitude, be proactive and attentive to details.
- Have knowledge of export & customs procedures and regulation and international incoterms.
