Nutrition Chef

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for our guests in accordance to our health and nutrition guidelines
- Source fresh, locally-sourced ingredients for the kitchen
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Keep detailed records of food costs and inventory
- Provide regular menu updates to reflect current trends and customer preferences

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience as a chef or in a related cooking role
- Working knowledge of health-based diets, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and training
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new recipes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A passion for healthy cooking and providing guests with delicious and nutritious meals

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
