Main administrative duties include general office administration, reception duties, maintaining personnel records & HR documents, and updating internal databases.
- Support recruitment to collect the newly hired employee details
- Update an Excel spreadsheet for daily/weekly attendance and maintain employee records office management
- Assisting in organizing company events and activities.
- Assist in administration duties like liaison of vendors,dispatch arrangements, receiving of walk-ins visitors, phone calls
- Provide documentation support to additional business modules and complete the task within the time frame to minimize disruption of business operations
- Other ad hoc tasks are assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Good in written and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work in diverse work environment, communicate effectively and build relationship inside the organisation.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)
- Preferred skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal skills, endless drive to learn.
- Willing to learn
- Dedicated and committed in performing the task given
- Able to join immediately or on short notice
- Able to commit at least 3 months of internship
- Formal Attire
- Nearby LRT/KTM Station

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 per month
