Overall Office & Company Assets maintenance & management
- Office utility maintenance & monthly bills settlements, eg. Electric power & water supply, telephone lines, internet line, etc.
- Maintainance of office consumables supplies and monitoring the consumption, eg. Stationeries, sanitary consumables, pantry consumables, etc
- Yearly licenses renewal and maintain licenses validity
- Guest reception
- Office paper printing, scanning & documentation filing
- Company events organization
- Add hoc task by superior from time to time
Job Requirement:
- 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Eager to learn & willing perform Overtime when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
