**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc
- To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast paced environment.
- To take phone calls and direct messages promptly to the concerned personnel.
- To liaise, follow up and resolve problem with forwarding agents to complete the customs clearance for incoming / outgoing shipment / delivery (by sea, air or land transportation).
- Any other tasks that maybe assigned as and when needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Early shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taman Maluri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
