Summary:
Seeking detail-oriented Administrative Account Clerk to provide essential support in maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating administrative tasks. Proficiency in accounting software and strong organizational skills required.
**Responsibilities**:
Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and promptly.
Maintain financial records and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll processing.
Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Diploma in Accounting or related field preferred.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
