**Keperluan**:

- Pemohon mestilah seorang warganegara Malaysia/rakyat luar yang memiliki kebenaran secara rasmi bekerja di Malaysia.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sekurang-kurangnya mempunyai pengalaman selama 1 tahun.
- Mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang sangat baik dalam bidang pembersihan dan organisasi.
- Kesihatan fizikal dan stamina yang baik.
- Senang untuk memahami dan mengikuti arahan, kurang pantauan semasa bekerja tapi mampu mencapai standard prestasi yang ditetapkan/tinggi.
- Mempunyai sikap dan personaliti yang baik.

**Skop Kerja**:

- Membersih dan menyelenggara semua kawasan termasuk ruang ruang awam, dapur, pejabat, tandas dan sebagainya.
- Membersih perabot dan peralatan di semua kawasan termasuk meja, kerusi dan lain-lain. Membersihkan habuk, menyembur pembasmi kuman dan menggilap mengikut keperluan.
- Membasuh dan mengeringkan mug, gelas, dan pinggan mangkuk.
- Memastikan tisu, tuala, sabun sentiasa ada dan mengisi semula bila perlu.
- Membersihkan semua lantai dan karpet di setiap ruangan.
- Membuang sampah.
- Melakukan kerja-kerja pembersihan lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan jika diperlukan.
- Menyediakan minuman bagi pihak pengurusan atau tetamu jika diperlukan.
- Memastikan barangan pantri terjaga dan kawasan sentiasa kemas dan bersih.
- Menjaga peralatan pembersihan dan memastikan barangan sentiasa mencukupi.
- Melaporkan sebarang isu teknikal/pembaikan yang perlu.
- Membersihkan tingkap, siling, lampu dan yang berkaitan di semua kawasan.
- Boleh bekerja hujung minggu sekali sekala.

**Waktu/Hari Bekerja**:

- Isnin - Sabtu
- Shift (Siang Sahaja)

**Faedah**:

- Caruman EPF, SOCSO & EIS
- Cuti Tahunan & Cuti Sakit

**Requirement**:

- To clean and maintain all areas including public area, kitchen, offices, restrooms, etc.
- To clean furniture and equipment in all areas including tables, chairs, etc by carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, cleaning, disinfecting and polishing as needed.
- Wash and dry mugs, glasses, saucers, crockery left on desks/in kitchen etc.
- Restock paper napkins, hand towels, soap, handwash, etc
- Dust, mop, vacuum, polish all floor areas and carpets where necessary.
- Empty all trash bins.
- Work as instructed by Office/Centre Manager including any other cleaning assignment that are required.
- To prepare drinks for management people or guests as when required.
- Upkeep of pantry items, maintain the pantry area clean & tidy.
- Upkeep of cleaning products and materials.
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Responsible for cleaning of windows, ceilings, light fittings, etc., in all areas
- Occasional weekend work.

Pay: RM1,040.67 - RM2,075.01 per month
