Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for supply chain management & purchasing activities.
- Obtaining competitive quotes and skillfully negotiating favorable terms.
- Processing purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform monthly subcontractor stock take.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels.
- Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities, including vendor information, pricing, and order history.
- Collaborate with suppliers and relevant departments to address quality issues.
- Handle document filing/records.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good negotiation skill, time management & monitoring.
- Strong computer skill: Microsoft office, Excel & Power Point.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- 2 position(s) available

Working Hours Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.10pm

Location: Section 15, Shah Alam
