Perform daily customers’ beneficiary check.
- Perform daily check for upcoming fiat deposit and withdrawal request from customers.
- Perform monthly customers’ deposit and withdrawal report (for both fiat and Digital Assets)
- Assist in the month-end close process of credit control to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy, timely and generate the reliable reporting
- Handle customers’ requests and issues in a professional manner.
- Call and follow up with customers should there are any issues on fiat and withdrawal request from customers (for both fiat and Digital Assets).
- Assist in prepare reports to Finance and Operations team within the deadline.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or any equivalence.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in credit control, customer service and administration support is required.
- Patience and meticulous.
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skill.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work in fast moving, challenging and unique business problems.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Committed, good sense of urgency, responsible and hard working.
- Good written and communication skills in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
