Manager, Property - Sustainability & Facility Management

**Functional**:

- Developing, implementing and monitoring bank wide environmental strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day client relationship of energy & sustainability platform owners
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for specific sustainability issues/questions
- Assist with the identification and prioritization of energy capital projects, operational changes and physical facilities upgrades that result in reduced energy consumption across bank wide premises
- Evaluate financial viability of energy and sustainability projects for budgeting approval
- Identify federal, state and city incentives to drive fiscally-positive energy and sustainability initiatives
- Advise, coach and support facility management team in identifying, scoping and implementing energy savings and sustainability improvements
- Reporting savings for completed sustainability projects for bank wide premises
- Support the bank ESG compliance data collection & reporting
- Supporting Facilities Management teams on day-to-day implementing energy & sustainability improvements
- Other task assigned by the Line Manager

**Managerial**:

- Multilevel / interdepartmental liaison and vendors management for sustainability project implementation

**Organizational**:

- Reporting savings for completed sustainability projects for bank wide premises
- Evaluate financial viability of energy and sustainability projects for budgeting approval
- Identify federal, state and city incentives to drive fiscally-positive energy and sustainability initiatives

**Job Requirements**:

- Certification in sustainability
- Degree in Engineering/Facilities/Property Management/Environmental and other related field preferred;
- Demonstrated strong organizational management and networking skills, including management of multiple tasks and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated skills setting priorities to ensure project goals and objectives are obtained within timelines and budgets
- Strong presentation skills and speaking ability; comfortable with interacting with senior leadership
- Excellent internal and external communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical, technical, and planning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and negotiation skills
- Creativity and implacable curiosity
- Real passion for sustainability and having an impact
