**Remote Working at Home.**

Assist Director in the overall operational management of the dance school.

Assist in the planning and execution for events conducted by the school, or that the school participates in (competitions, examinations, Master Classes, workshops, overseas trips, performances, etc.)

Manage school’s portal site (e.g. attendance, invoice etc)

Marketing strategies and efforts for the dance studio

School Outreach

Keeping the website, Facebook, Instagram, social media platforms of the school up to date

Research and Outsource products, ie. create and maintain supplier list - comparison of product pricing.

Other adminstrative duties as required

- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Supervise the work of employees (teachers and staff) and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
