Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5:45pm)

**Job Description:

- **
- Coordinates building and equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Improve facilities that affect normal operation of the plant.
- Handling of request for machine shifting work in the plant raised by production department heads.
- Control of relocation of machinery and equipment and provide the base work for shifting.
- Control of the budget of the building equipment and facilities repair and improvement.
- Coordinates with the contractors pertaining to the building equipment and facilities.
- Develops and implements the equipment and facilities periodical maintenance plan.
- Coordinates building and equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinates the yearly electrical maintenance activities.
- Control of upgrade and improve the facilities whenever is required.
- Comply with all the relevant environmental, safety and health regulations related to the building equipment and facilities.
- Communicate and coordinate with the external parties relates to environment.
- Responsible to manage, supervise and guide all the B&E staff.
- Establish and Implement department management policy in line with the company management policy.

**Requirements:

- **
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or related engineering field.
- 3 - 5 years related working experience (Degree) or 7 - 8 years related working experience (Diploma).
- Able to lead a team of technician to achieve company and department goals.
- Good communication and problem solving skill.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
