To deliver and collect luggage for arriving and departing guests.
- To greet all arriving guests and bid farewell to all departing guests using hotel standard phrases.
- Possess a detailed knowledge of all hotel facilities, their location and hours of operation.
- To log in number of pieces of luggage during all check-ins and check-outs as well as other deliveries to guest like messages, telexes, mails, packages, faxes, flowers, etc.
- To maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the concierge counter in the lobby and the luggage storage room.
- Deliver mail and parcel to the Post Office whenever required.
