**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry: Inputting and updating various types of data into ERP system with high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Verification: Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system.
- Data Maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining existing data records within the ERP system as needed.
- Record Keeping: Keeping detailed records of all data entry activities and maintaining organized files for easy retrieval.
- Communication: Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies or issue as the arise.
- Reporting: Assisting in the generation of reports and analysis using data stored within the ERP system.
- Adherence to Procedures: Following established procedures and protocols for data entry and ensuring compliance with company policies.

**You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Heads.**

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
