**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To service, repair, install, and maintain factory and building facilities including HVAC system, plumbing & piping, chillers, air compressor office infrastructure etc.
- To carry out schedule maintenance on facilities and infrastructure and building and take proper action to maintain it in good condition.
- To liaise and coordinate with relevant contractors / vendors supporting on facilities management.
- To execute weekly checks on completed project status during its warranty period.
- To conduct spot checks and audits cleanliness of factory area.
- To assist in the implementation of new and existing building systems as well as improvement projects.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possesses Professional Certificate (SKM) or Diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience as Facilities Technician in manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
