**Job scope**:
- i. To attend to both conveyancing and/or litigation matters. (as & when required)
ii. To prepare cause papers, submissions, bundle of documents and other documents related thereto. (as & when required)
iii. To attend case management, trial & hearing with mínimal supervision. (as & when required)
iv. To draft and vet agreements including but not limited to Sale & Purchase Agreement-Tenancy Agreement and/or Corporate Agreement. (as & when required)
v. To handle subsales, SPA, loan documentations, auctions and other conveyancing matters. (as & when required)
vi. To attend to stamp office, land office and related government bodies. (as & when required)
vii. To attend signing with clients at/outside office. (as & when required)
viii. Any other ad-hoc work. (as & when required or instructed to do so)

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- i. Must possess Bachelor’s Degree of Law;
ii. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar;
iii. 0-2 years’ experience in civil litigation and/or conveyancing practices;
iv. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English languages (both spoken and written);
v. Must possess own transportation;
vi. Fees to match experience;
vii. Good research skills;
viii. Sufficient computer skills;
ix. Able to work independently under mínimal supervision, reliable and responsible;
x. Diligent, work smart and highly motivated;
xi. Able to meet tight deadlines and possess good drafting skills;
xii. Able to work as part of a team or independently;
xiii. Able to meet the challenges of working in a result-oriented team;
xiv. Willing to learn and adapt quickly i.e work provided will change over time. Job requirement is fluid and may change;
xv. Office located at Setia Alam, Shah Alam; and
