Document Controller

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide and coordinate administrative support to Project Engineers/Managers.
- Carry out all administration associated with project documentation, including document control and maintenance of manufacturing records.
- Undertake general inquiry and project-related administrative tasks.
- Carry out all administration of QA for the project files and assist with internal audits
- Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policy.
- Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times.
- Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by Operations Manager.
**Qualification**
2. 2 years experience in a busy office environment, preferably in a similar role.
3. Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Methodical and accurate.
6. Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
7. Communication skills.
