JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee LifeCycle Process- Update new hire data to ensure all required data is in WD. (Bank account, statutory update, location, work pattern, employment history, education background and etc)- To update any employee movement (e.g location, work pattern, transfer company/cost center, PN movement)- To update Workday for any compensation/ allowances changes- Support employee offboarding process and helpdesk.

Expat Management-
- Invoice validation and processing that relates to EP/DP.

Rewards- Assist all activities related to both the benefits and compensation which includes annual bonus cycle, merit increase, promotion exercise and the long-term incentive plan (LTIP)

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Requirement- Min 1 year of experience in handling expat mobility and HR operations- Good to have knowledge using the HR Information System/ HR Database System/Benefits and Compensation- This is a contract position.
