Personal Assistant

Performing secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, reminders, assisting with travel trips such as flight booking, travel itinerary, and accommodation, and dealing with the CEO's personal commitments as and when required. Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Typing, formatting, and editing letters, reports, documents, and presentations.
- Note taking and record keeping, including minuting meetings.
- Accompanying the CEO to external meetings and appointments when required Welcoming and attending to guests.
- Assisting in any other special/ad-hoc assignments or projects assigned by the CEO.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
