**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Responsible for identifying and recruiting TikTok Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, and influencers with a substantial following on TikTok to collaborate as affiliates for our brand.
- Expand our network of affiliates by establishing cooperative relationships with potential TikTok influencers.
- Engage in discussions with TikTok influencers, affiliates, and content creators to finalise collaboration terms.
- Provide product samples to interested affiliates to help them become familiar with our products.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Increase the value of current customers while conducting market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Attending networking opportunities; negotiating and preparing sales contracts, following company rules and guidelines; building trust and long-term relationship with clients.
- Developing strategies for marketing; Cold calling to Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Negotiate deals, build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel.
- Identify and research potential clients; Develop and maintain client relationships and coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
- Responsible for driving business growth within a company, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, new clients or new partnerships.
- Providing analytical data on sales team performance vs. targets and creating monthly presentations based on previous months’ sales/orders.
- Create and manage PR budgets, deadlines, objectives and schedule; Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual media activity reports.
- Work closely with the upper management team to prepare announcements for new product launches and management changes.
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Create and manage press releases; Take care of clients’ public image and plan publicity strategies and campaigns.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
