_**Tea Barista / Shift Supervisor**_
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and offering product recommendations;
- To responsible for handling cash, credit or debit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales;
- Ensuring the store is adequately stocked with ingredients, supplies and packing materials and restocking as needed;
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertop and seating areas, to ensure a hygienic environment for customers;
- Ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the store’s recipes;
- Keeping track sales, inventory levels, and other relevant data, and report to the store manager as required;
- Following all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of customer and fellow employees;
- Have a through understanding of the store’s menu, including ingredients, pricing and special offer;
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction; and
- Completing any ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
- **Store Manager**_
- Ensuring store teams' compliance with company policies, standards, and local regulations. Regularly reviewing store operations to identify any deviations and working closely with the team to address and rectify them promptly;
- Ensuring efficient store training and a smooth process for new store employee onboarding, including employee bench planning, ensuring sufficient training for store staff to understand company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines;
- Working closely with the training team to develop and update training materials, operational guidelines, and job aids for store employees. Ensuring effective communication channels are established to disseminate operational updates, policy changes, and important announcements to store teams;
- Assist in performance monitoring to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and any other operational metrics. Assisting in preparing reports to monitor store performance and identify trends or issues that require attention;
- Facilitating communication between the headquarters and store staff. This includes relaying important messages, updates, and directives from the headquarters to the stores, as well as gathering feedback and insights from the store staff and conveying them to the appropriate departments at the headquarters;
- Coordinating with the auditor to ensure store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to operational procedures. Identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback and recommendations to the team; and
- Completing any ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time. These tasks may vary and could include research, data analysis, special projects, or other tasks aimed at supporting the smooth operation of the chain.

**Job Requirements**
- No working experience required but Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage
- Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and BM (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Possess a passport with at least six-month duration period (for overseas training purposes)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
