**_RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
- Assist in managing the full spectrum of accounting & finance functions which include GL, AP,
AR, banking activities and meeting reporting deadlines.
- Prepare and ensure all AR invoicing, including InterCo transactions are completed systematically on time for each month end closing.
- Manage AP with all PO, Purchase Invoice, DO for payment processing in accordance with company’s policy.
- Handle and complete all reconciliations in the AP, AR on a timely matter with a monthly reconciliation report.
- Assist on financial and management reporting, and on all relevant Audits procedures and exercise.
- Work closely with Operation team and reporting.
- Processing all staffs’ expenses reimbursement.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and issues related to HR matters.
- Handling daily accounts, operational matters and any ad-hoc function & related duties as and when required.
- Anticipate potential shortcomings & problems and suggest corrective actions.

**_REQUIREMENTS:_**
- At least 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess solid knowledge of accounting & finance procedures.
- Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Familiar with SQL
- English BM (write &speak)
- Ability to work independently and make rational routine decisions.
- Strong sense of commitment with work integrity.
