4. Coordinate companywide calibration control.

5. Coordinate analysis of cause and corrective action of non-conformance parts.

6. Ensure documented inspection procedures and work instructions are carried out by subordinates.

7. Coordinate companywide training requirement on quality matters.

8. Responsible for the implementation of quality related improvement projects.

9. Collect and Analyse records of all inspections data.

10.Report to the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager / Manager if there is any doubt.

11.Calculate Monthly Rejection Lots and Analyse Overall Defects Rate.

12. To ensure non-inclusion of banned or regulated substances in materials, processes and finished products.

13. Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

14.Liaise with customer for conditional acceptance of parts.

15. Hold dispatch until all inspection have been carried out.

16. Hold process for reasons of non-conformance.

17. Hold rejected part till corrective action has been taken or conditionally accepted by customer.

18. Request for other department manpower's when there is a need for selection and rework.

19. Act on behalf of the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager / Manager in their absence excluding approving the Purchase Requisition.

**Qualification**
- At least diploma & above, working experience
- Must have at least 3 year & above for QA background ,ISO & IATF knowledge

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
