**Qualifications**
- Experience in **VALUATION / REAL ESTATE / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY** or other property research is added advantage
- Good analytical and writing skills with strong command of English language
- Knowledge in publication software is an added advantage
- An excellent opportunity to work in a highly and respectable consultancy firm
- Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports
- Liaison with bankers, clients and relevant parties
- Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports
- To provide regular updates on specific property sectors
- To undertake market surveys and feasibility study and other relevant surveys
- To provide advisory services
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- VALUATION, REAL ESTATE OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY: 2 years (preferred)
