- Manage a team of recovery officers especially in ensuring collections are up to par with targets set
- Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.
- To handle inbound and out bound calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts
- Responsible for keeping records and ensuring that Credit & Collection is within company standards and provides the needed support and service levels to attain performance targets.
- Update Account status and database frequently
- Exhibits strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Great working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels
- Min SPM with some working experience
- Min Diploma Experienced/Non Experienced welcomed
- Basic Salary + Weekly Performance Incentive + Monthly High Commission up to 4% tier.
- Ensure prompt and appropriate contact is made with customers who fall into arrears of rent, maintenance and/or other charges.
- Manage the tenant, maintenance accounts receivable process and collection.
- Follow up with tenants, owners on overdue payments and implement appropriate debt recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with property managers to address tenant/owner billing inquiries and resolve payment disputes.
- Negotiate payment plans with delinquent tenants/owner to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
- Monitor and update tenant records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, property management, or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with property management.
- Report any payment issues to management or the appropriate team.
- Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.
