Manager, Activation

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the execution of marketing activities for the assigned portfolio to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.
- In charge of planning and implementing brand activation strategies and integrating retail marketing plans with overall brand positioning.
- Create impactful marketing and trade marketing materials such as point-of-sale materials, merchandising displays, and sales presentations.
- Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of all brand activation planning, retail installation and implementation across all touchpoints.
Build strong relationships with product team, sales team and trade partners to ensure effective execution of channel initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits and engage in fieldwork to gather feedback, identify challenges, and align strategies with market realities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current retail marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis with the aim to optimize cost spending.
- Build advocacy and enhance awareness amongst AEON Credit Employees through Internal Marketing funnels.
- Manage department’s A&P expenses tracking & processing of PO and/or invoices as well as ensuring full compliance to procurement processes, campaign fulfilment requirements, campaign expense controls, and other audit/regulatory obligations.
**Requirement**
- Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
- Possesses sound Marketing/Trade Marketing/Retail Marketing knowledge, excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer centric marketer with an inquisitive and passionate brand mindset.
- Robust analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touchpoints across all channels and platforms.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis with ability to interpret and translate online and offline customer behaviours into strategic activities.
- Able to work independently without much supervision, resourceful, innovative and is a team player. Self-motivated with a high level of drive, initiative, and commitment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to optimize quality and impact of omni-channel plans and campaigns.
