**What we are looking out for?**

We’re on the look-out for a production coordinator to assist us in our production site in Kulai.

**Responsibilities**
- Primary role is to be responsible for the coordination of our 2 key production lines, including all logístical arrangements required in the production process, i.e all stock (LWS frame & BT Panel) etc. and its distribution.
- Estimate the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
- Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment availability.
- Monitor changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Assist in the audit and quality of the finished products before shipping.
- Generate and prepare quotations, invoices, payments to vendors/suppliers/customers
- Partake in regular safety audits to ensure that the working environment is safe for the staff.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of building construction and building material such as light gauge steel structural system and any other building materials, building structure that is required from different countries esp. Australia a plus.
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu in order to communicate with our suppliers and staff.
- Knowledge of light steel frame machine operation, light steel framing software such as Vertex BD or any other light steel framing is a bonus
- Construction drafter/ supervisor would be welcomed
