Billing Specialist

**Position Summary**
Teladoc Health International, a multinational Company and Global leader in Telehealth Services, is currently looking for a Billing Specialist for its subsidiary entity based in Kuala Lumpur.
This position will play a critical role in the Accounting/Finance and will be responsible for leading and implement processes, accurately invoice our clients, suppliers, and contractors, along with frequent and direct contact with clients/suppliers/contractors to resolve discrepancies, collect past due balances and maintain data accuracy.
This role is key to maintain and increase the flow of effective and relevant communication with Operations and Commercial teams.
We are looking for an organized and methodic person, with a clear client-oriented attitude, passionate for driving efficiency, growth, and teamwork.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Perform daily invoice batch and maintain the billing/payment up to date.
- Maintain shared mailbox up to date.
- Client / Contractor Masterfile maintenance
- Liaising with other areas of the business to resolve invoice/credit note queries with timely escalation where required.
- Conduct monthly analysis on revenue and costs/accruals: actual vs target.
- Investigate and resolve related inquiries.
- Maintain files and reports thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.
- Track and claim overdue invoices.
- Calculate Bad Debt Reserve and prepare AR/AP reporting template.
- Identify and implement process improvements to help reduce time to close and improve upon accuracy of underlying accounting records.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Teladoc’s accounting processes
**Skill Requirements/Preferences**
- **Professional Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, account payable or accounting department
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- **Languages**:
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in MANDARIN is a must.
- **Computer skills**:
- Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
- Salesforce、Dynamics 365 or Oracle is recommended.
- **Soft skills**:
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize with multiple to-do items and shifting priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

**Education Requirements**
- Administration and Business Management degree from a reputable university
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM7,800.00 per month
