**About the Role**:
This job is a combination of the Engineering/Technical Services job function and Facilities Management function, where your experts are required for the account's contract management including all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, its facilities maintenance, repairs and preventice maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, people management, and investment plans.

**What You’ll Do**:
Contract/Facilities Management function:

- Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
- Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
- Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
- Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
- Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
- Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Engineering/Technical function:

- Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
- Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
- Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.
- Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
- Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Possess 33kv Chargeman Certificate with at least 3-5 years being as Chargeman BO 33kv.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-5 years of people management experience. Facility Management certification is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve
