Legal Counsel

Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, and business operations. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, ensuring legal accuracy and protecting the company's interests. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to address legal concerns and provide proactive solutions. 4. Stay updated on changes in Malaysian corporate law and industry regulations to ensure compliance. 5. Handle legal disputes, investigations, and other legal proceedings as needed. 6. Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies that align with company goals. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university. 2. Qualified to practice law in Malaysia with 5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer. 3. Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate law, regulations, and legal practices. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. 6. Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and transactions. 7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, based on current set-up & scope, for certain bigger projects, HRSB has been proven to be able to deploy manpower of up to 300 staff of multi-discipline crews for its plant maintenance, turnaround and EPCC projects.
