Responsibilities: - Clearing debug WIP and maintain WIP within control level - Clearing debug WIP within TAT allocated - Meeting Debug accuracy and efficiency per goal given - Meeting daily target for debug qty Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related area with 1-2 years relevant experience with a demonstrated understanding of RF technology - in electronic or electrical - Able to read schematic - Knowledge in the measurement equipment like multi meter - Good electronic knowledge with strong analysis skill - Persistence in problem solving for hardcore PCBA o Knowledge in SMD component like BGA (Ball Grid Array ) ,CCGA, SIPP module, LGA is value added o Skill set in performing the solder pot rework is preferable o Skill set of performing lifted pad rework is preferable o Dedicated to work expanded hours to support wherever it is needed o Knowledge in data collection, analyze the data and perform root cause analysis - Special skills: o Able to using FAB Master to assist in debugging process o Able to interpret electronic schematic diagram o Able to perform SMT rework
