**Interview Process**:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
**End-to-End Recruitment**:
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
**Talent Pipeline Building**:
- Proactive build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
**Cultural Management:**
- Work with the HR team to ensure cultural values are reflected in recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement practices.
**Secondary Responsibilities**:
**Onboarding Support**:
- Assists in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
**Employee Records**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
**HR Inquiries**:
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide support as needed.
**Policy Contribution**:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
