- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Forecast sales targets and provide regular progress reports to management.

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of proven sales hunting experience in the finance, insurance, fintech or property industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and acquiring new business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sales channels independently.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Familiarity with Web3 projects and or experience with Filecoin is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
